What is FRA action delivery?
It's the practical delivery of the remedial works identified in a fire risk assessment — fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors, cavity barriers and similar — and the evidence pack that proves each action has been closed out.
Do you carry out the fire risk assessment too?
We focus on delivery rather than producing the FRA itself. We'll work from any competent FRA author's report, and we can recommend assessors if needed. This separation keeps remedial scope honest.
How quickly can you quote against an FRA?
We typically return a costed, prioritised quotation within 48 hours of receiving your FRA, subject to whether a site walk-through is needed for clarification.
How do you prioritise actions?
We prioritise by life-safety risk first (escape routes, compartmentation around stairs and lobbies), then by area-grouping for efficient delivery, then by cost. You see the logic in the quotation.
What evidence do you provide for each closed action?
